    Weird growth spurt

I'm sure I am not the only one that has experienced this. Lately I can see myself growing and I find it odd because I am not on any kind of diet nor do I even feel like I am working out that hard lately. I am especially pleased with my biceps and shoulders. Like I said, I haven't been eating any more or less than usual and to be honest I have been eating some bad shit (see: fried chicken; french fries).
I just think it's kinda cool and I am enjoying the changes

How old are you? Teenagers can have growth spurts well into their late teens and sometimes even early 20s.

haha I'm 34, so puberty was so long ago I can hardly remember it.

Animalmachine has a good point. I was so worried about I ate before that I probably wasn't getting near enough calories. Oh well, I guess now is as good a time as any to bulk right?
