    Being explosive on squats

Recently I've really been trying to get explosive coming out of the hole on my squats (same with my overhead squats ..) But I find that when I come up I have a little 'bounce' where my heels come slightly off the ground (espically on overhead squats) , so my question is , if this is alright? Or should I be focusing on being explosive while keeping my feet firmly on the ground?

if you're heals are coming off the floor it just sound like you need to use more weight
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

u should try to come up explosively.. but if you actually SHOOT right up, your using too light of weight.
