Milos tore his quads working out, I talked to him 2 months after the injury he said he was going to heavy and too deep....I don't know if I would follow his quad workout? He is a very knowledgeable guy but I hope his training advise has improved from the knowledge of the injury.

"Don't drop fast into the hole".....LOL, guess he never saw shane hammon or any of the guys on the bulgarian national weightlifting team squat?

but who in the hell has ever heard of the bulgarian national weightlifting team? besides like he pointed out this isnt weightlifting its bodybuilding. looks like he has been doing a pretty good job to me, so maybe people should gain what information that they like without always trying to find something wrong with the pros

I wasn't saying it was wrong. I wasn't saying it was stupid either. I was saying it was funny (hence the lauhging smilie at the end of the sentence) so why don't you relax.

Because it doesn't matter what the post is you think that you know better than everyone. Next time I'm sure you can criticise Ronnie's bicep workout.

I agree, most pro's are just walking steroid experiments.

And its not that that bothers me... what you do with your own body is your business usually.. but giving training advice to regular people. having them do the same workouts as pro's who are not only chocked to the gills with controlled substances, but are genetic superstars before that. These guys were bigger than a lot of us BEFORE they started using juice.

Unreal.

Both of you guys are full of shit!! I dont care what someone is taking because steroids are not magic. You can pump yourself full of whatever you want and the average slap dick at the gym could never put on the kind of size as the smallest pro out there. You both need to read a little more into what you are talking about, and quit blaming the fact that everyone is bigger than you on steroids.

Seems like you have great insight into bodybuilding why don't you post your pic so we can marvel at it and listen to every word you write with great interest.

LMAO...have you ever seen ronnie train? I have one of his videos. The form on some of the exercises (like lateral raises where he is swinging around) is pretty outrageous. I don't think that I know better than everyone. But I do know when someone is saying something stupid.

Did you see the pictures of Milos' legs, and the pictures of him doing squats and presses? Not to mention the fact that he is a multiple Olympia comppetitor. I think that as far as training is concerned, sure he might have a few different methods, but that is what develops freaky muscle. Noone gets legs like that by doing one kind of squat, lunge, or leg press.

My insight has nothing to do with me stating that I was better or worse than anyone. If you would read what I said, you would see that i was simply saying that pro bodybuilders work their asses off. Sure we all know that they take steroids, but how many guys do you know that have done a cycle and still look like s%@#?

some of them work their asses off. If you read some of the anonymous interviews of pro's posted here you would get the feeling that a lot of them are not working that hard at all as and living through a lot of the drugs. Also, have you ever seen some of the pro's train in person? It is pretty disheartening to see some of them be so lazy.

So you are saying that average people should train like arnold? Pro's at any sport are good at it to start with. The average person couldn't be a pro football player no matter how hard they tried. Pro body builders are the same way, they were all big before they started lifting.

I seen lots of pro train and they dont train that hard dunno if you seen Jay Cutlers Arm routine it aint nothing to do, he just pumps!, Priest messes around with light weights for hours from watching him ronnie coleman has a degree of intesnity but i wouldnt say it was amazing, Dorian Yates set for set was a very hard worker in the gym but the majorty dont train any harder then most of us on here.

Although they do around 3gram of steriods a week + orals that and genetics might have someting to do with it

because at 16 you totally have a clue. people need to stop atacking pros and saying such stupid comments like this. i mean hell kid grow up. steroids play a part of whats going on, but to say steroids are the only reason these guys are the way they are is the statement of an idiot savant
