    weight lifting belts??

    if your goin to go really heavy on deads or squats should you use a belt?

    If you are going heavier than 85% of your 1rm then yes. You can wear one all the time if you are going to for strength too.

    I never use one and I usually train at at least 90%.

    holy crap squaggle, you are 15 and you weigh 225....you FREAKING SUCK. I gained a lot of weight and I only reached 155....im back down to 145 lbs GJ on your stats by the way
