    HIIT, but when.

    Best time for HIIT?

Been doing HIIT for the past month as a part of a cut cycle and ive been making progress. I do 10mins of HIIT 4x times week after weight training.

Please try to provide a reason if possible.

Morning if possible. Eat some protein then do your HIIT, that way you will not have any carbs stored up.

I would do your HIIT on non-weight training days if possible. if not then I would do it early am and lift weights 6+ hours later and if you can't do it then after training it is..
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
