i'm goin to start cutting up on monday and I had a few questions
1.should i use light weight and reps between 10-15?
2.how much cardio should i do and should i do it in the morning?
3.on leg day should i go heavy or light?
4.is it possible for me to get cut before 8/20/05

im tired of this kid he cant stick with anything and it pisses me off.
i agree with MyK use last weeks workout and on bench,deads,and squats try and add atleast 5-10lbs every week and keep at it and for cardio do it for 30min atleast 2-3 times a week in the mornings .....good luck![]()

If your end of summer goal is to gain weight, why the hell would you want to cut now?


honestly at your age I wouldn't worry about cutting. you need to focus on learning about foods and dieting. once you learn which foods to eat, why to eat them and when to eat them it becomes very easy to gain and lose weight.Originally Posted by kenwood
