rotator cuff exersizes

i've searched and i cant find anything really specific on exact exersizes. can anyone give me some ideas for rotator cuff exersizes? thanks in advance

check in the gerneral health forum and do a seacher there for "shoulder" and use my name. I have posted numerous stuff on the topic of shoulder stability exercises.

Basically anything that involves internal rotation.

my favorite is to lay face down on a bench and let your arms hang and then raise them up on the same plane as your head and then back down. you will be amazed how how little weight you can actually do with this exercise. i only use about 10 lbs.

externat rotation
protraction
retraction

it is more than external rotation...it is stabalization also.
