Yeah, that's my failed attempt at looking sexy for the ladies. Thanks bro - so i need some more chest you say? I really feel like my chest is my weakest body part.

Chest? Your chest seems like one your stronger points to me

Id say to work on your delts and traps. Nice work though.

id say a little more meat on the chest, lay off the obliques, add some meat to the side of your shoulders, maybe a bit of trap work. try to work on the serratus (or however you spell it im braindead from my last cardio). anyways. the arms are looking nice. good work on the bis and tris.

Good arms- nice, lean look. Maybe do some work on upper pecs, traps, and lats. Looks like you're doing something right!

i'll chime in for you. Nice body for the most part (altho i little too skinny for my liking) But yeah work on the chest, hit the traps more and shoulders, arms look good. Keep eating and working out hard. Good job tho!

shave the chest, work on back and you're there

Might consider working on shoulders since they aren't too developed in my opinion, but you look pretty good, from a guy's point of view.

Thanks for all the replies people. It's harder than i thought it would be getting all the calories in! whew... I've sorta hit a plateau in size because of this, but my strength gains are still coming along. I guess i just have to stuff in some more calories some how. And i'm not shaving my chest - i like the wolverine look.

I would say your traps and lats could use some work, but your arms, chest, and shoulders have filled in nicely. Also, what about your lower body?

My lower body is actually pretty proportional. Of course i started training legs way after my upper body out of sheer ignorance. My quads look good, but my calves could use some work though. They're big, but don't really have that upside down heart look.
