I lost 1/4 inch in my arms every 8 lbs when cutting down from 230 to 206....so I would guess 17 1/2 or so.

Hard to calculate with water retention, but it seems to take around 20-22 pounds for every inch on the arms for me.

    How tall are you?

Given your penchant for beer (Which I also have) you will drag at around 210-215. My guess is your arms will be 17" even.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I remember before my first natural BB contest, I was 6'1 and 206...I ran into some High school friends I hadn't seen in 2 or 3 years. They said "what happened to you"....implying that I was tiny...( I cryed later that night but thats another story)...I rolled up my sleeve and flexed my tiny 17.5 inch arm...they couldnt believe the sudden change.

Don't worry about measurements Tough.....when your ripped a 17 inch arm will look much bigger than a fat 18 inch arm.

I dropped 30 over four months. Shirt sleeves were actually loose for once. Although I lost a little over an inch, from 16 1/2 to ~ 15 1/2, my friends thought my arms looked bigger. I felt like I was shrinking but my strength held so it didn't bother me as much. Still miss the tight sleeves though. BTW I gave up my beer, had a lot to do with the weight loss.
