Please critique my most recent pictures... i'm 5'10 at 170lbs with 10 or so bf. I'm 19. Any suggestions, comments, w/e is appreciated...

Well I don't know what your current routine is or waht you're eating. Just keep working hard, eating right and above all stay consistant. If you're looking to get to 185 then aim at doing so over the next 10-12 months, you don't want to just anything to gain the weith because it's very hard and a real pain to lose the gut and love handles once they are there. Eat good and lean 6 meals a day, and find a good routine where you can make steady progression, and when you hit a pleatue, switch it up a bit.

Like Zone said, keep doing what your doing, I'd say over the next couple years, you'll really start to fill out so just keep at it.
You posted some pictures a while back didn't you? Maybe you could post some of those old pics so we can see your progress. ------------------ Just another day in the gutter |

Your upper body development looks really good.One area of the body that makes a guy look really big is the shoulders and traps.Broad shoulders and large traps will make anyone look impressive.How's your leg development?

First of all I applaud you for having the guts to post pics for others to critique.You definitely are on your way.I think you need to work on chest thickness and shoulder width.You seem to have narrow clavicles and you need to create the illusion of a wider upper body.Work hard on side lateral movements to hit the side or medial deltoid head and flye movements to hit the outer pecs(this will make your chest look broader).Just stay focused and you will create the body you always wanted.
