    Cutting Cycle

Sup guys, I am about to go on a "cutting cycle" to get rid of the lot of extra body fat that I have. Basically I'll actually just be adding in a lot of cardio in the morning right when I wake up. I am going to do those things where you sprint 100yds, jog 100yd, sprint 100yd, until super-exhaustion.

Anyway, I need a good diet, and I don't know where to begin. And without something to follow, it gives me more room for cheating, so I was wondering if some people could offer some diet advice.

    Thanks

1st thing you should do is go to the diet forum and read the stickies on dieting.

2nd thing you should do is go to the diet forum and post your current diet so that people can help you out. If you don't have a current diet plan in place then come up with an idea after reading the stickies and post it for critiquing.
