Shit training

Hey guys,
I have been partying all weekend .. and had little sleep and today i went very tired and couldnt do shit .. i didnt feel like my workout help'd at all...
anyone have any tips of what i should do.. i mean i was soo tired.. any tips plese...
..

Don't drink on days before you workout.....and if you do drink just limit how often and how much .

I assume by drinking you mean alcohol. You would be correct in that yes, it only damages you. Its not loaded with protein, its poison. I had some last night, 4 ounces of wine.

Actually I've read that having about four ounces of wine a day (or was it three times a week...) has a good effect on your heart. Could be true, could be wrong.

Yes, drinking too much and getting shitty sleep are likely to lead to shitty workouts.

Just try to get back into it. I don't usually lift the day after a heavy drinking night.
