New to workout, please help!

Hi, I'm new to the site, as well as training.
i currently play 2 sports for atleast 4 days a week all competitively.
I work out just to look good.

Can you guys give me some tips to get nice arms and a six pack?
For my arms i lift 15 pound weights ( yes, i am weak :P )
and for my stomach i use a machine called:
Ab Rocker
Body by Jake.

so can you all just give me a way to rip these two parts of my body fast?
Thank you all for your help.

-Chris

PS: I work out at home, i do not like working at gyms

Six packs are for girls and they come from diet. You should learn how to squat.
You can't just train certain groups and expect them to grow. You need to train your body as a whole. Then you'll see results. Welcome to Iron Magazine. Read some of the stickies at the top of the forum.

do crunches, pushups, benchpresses, leglifts, pullups, and go for really long walks/run. curl with a strait bar or ez curl bar, do skull crushers.

mix them up however you see fit. i made good gains with those exersizes. pullups especially.
