New to workout, please help!
Hi, I'm new to the site, as well as training.
i currently play 2 sports for atleast 4 days a week all competitively. I work out just to look good. Can you guys give me some tips to get nice arms and a six pack? For my arms i lift 15 pound weights ( yes, i am weak :P ) and for my stomach i use a machine called: Ab Rocker Body by Jake. so can you all just give me a way to rip these two parts of my body fast? Thank you all for your help. -Chris PS: I work out at home, i do not like working at gyms |

You can't just train certain groups and expect them to grow. You need to train your body as a whole. Then you'll see results. |

do crunches, pushups, benchpresses, leglifts, pullups, and go for really long walks/run. curl with a strait bar or ez curl bar, do skull crushers.
mix them up however you see fit. i made good gains with those exersizes. pullups especially. |
