Its about that time for a week off....

I can just feel it... ya know? Its been about 9-10 weeks, and is about that time.

Problem is I have been doing really good on my cut, and dont want to put on any body fat during this week. Besides keeping my diet extremely clean would it be ok to do a little epiliptical machine cardio since it is low impact, and nothing like the sprinting I have been doing? Or would this slow down my recovery process, and giving my central nervous system a break?

if you're really worried, do some light easy lifting during the week. like maybe full body 2-3x that week, low intensity, 2 sets an exercise focusing on the compound lifts, not to failure.

keep your rests short (60s and less) and reps high (8+), that should add some challenge to the workout and will help with conditioning.

Will that still give a chance for my central nervous system to recover?

I just finished a full cycle of P/rr/s

My last off time was in Dec. I decided to take this week off. Cardio and everything. Just going to stay with my diet and fuck it. It's killing me not to workout.

The last time I "took a week off" I only took about 5 days off and was still in the gym 3 different times doing light work. Its hard to stay away sometimes...especially when you have worked so hard for so long and you dont want to take ANY steps back. I did what I needed to though...I got enough rest and was ready to hit it hard when I came back.

Yeah, I can definately say it hurts mentally to be away from the gym for me sometimes. I would take a week off of weights but still keep up with some light cardio. Definately keep your diet going.

A rest after many weeks of hard training is the best for the body, I take some vacatins of 1 1/2 week, and I have fun, Cardio 2 or 3 tiemes a week, could be a great option if you are worried, but, try to enjoy your rest

You could do a 50% week if you're really worried about it. That's very plausible as well. Active rest is great.
