After 6 weeks of working outy and then you take 3 weeks off on a road trip, eating junk food will it effect your efforts of working out? Should it? If so, how long would I have to keep working out to get my original goal before I went on my trip? Any help would be appreciated
Who is taking this hypothetical road trip, you or me? It is much easier to answer a question when it is a little more clear. Have you already taken this road trip or you getting ready to take it. Meaning, do you need advice to stay in shape during trip or you need help getting back into shape because you screwed up.
