    training without any equiment

    hey i am going to spain for a week how am i meant to train there? without a gym or anything..

    i dont want too though the whole point of my summer is too gain alot of mass so i need to train in the week. have you got any tips of like spilts yo'u can do? without any equiment

    dips, pullups, & pushups? Lunges holding something (water jugs?).
    I don't think you are going to be able to effectively train without anything, but you can at least get the muscles working.

    You aren't going to gain mass doing pushups and crap anyway unless you are tiny. Take a week off, if you are training hard during the summer you will probably need it anyway. I have doubts your diet is going to be muscle supporting during a vacation week as well.

    If I go on vacation and I don't feel like slacking, I will just do bodyweight exercises. It's not going to help you gain mass, but it might allow you to maintain what you have.

    I wouldn't really bother training much on vacation. If anything I'd just use the cardio machines the hotel has or something.
