you can't develop your chest with shitty form or if you are injure so take the weight off the damn bar.

You can develop your chest with any weight, as long as it is a good weight FOR YOU to work at. While 150lbs may seem light to me it may be stressful to you so that is fine. While 300lbs may seem stressful to me it may seem light to someone else. Work within your own intensity. Everyone is different.

That makes no sense at all. Lifting with incorrect form isn't going to give you good development. If you are not all that strong, then you are just not that strong. Should we all believe that Jay Cutler just started incline pressing 405 pounds without ever using anything less, just because he could not get developed using a lesser weight?

If you can't lift the weight then you are starting out obviously lesser developed, we all start somewhere. I can't bench press 1005 pounds, should I put that much weight on the bar anyway until I can do it??? No, it makes no damn sense.

Use what you can use PROPERLY, bodybuilding is not about how much weight you use ANYWAY.

If I dont watch my form and I am using heavy weights, I am asking for an ass kicking. The more weight you can lift, at least for my body, the closer I get to risking injury so form becomes very important.

The most important thing to focus on is the mind-muscle connection. There are some really huge guys that have been benching 225lbs for a long time and still gain from it because there mind-muscle connection is so great. Dont EVER sacrafice weight for form.
