    Effective?

Lets say you do your bench press...then watch tv for 20 min and come back and do incline...then go out for 2 hours come home do push ump's and fly's...is the long break between just ass effective as taking 1-2 minutes?

You are not very serious in bodybuilding, aren'T you ?

IMO you need to have a solid and normal routine. Long break imo isnt a good idea. YOu need more discipline.

Haha, I remember that post. Such a long break would be counter-productive in my opinion as well. When you start a work out your body changes and starts acting differently with hormone levels and other chemicals. If you stop and go, the effect of that won't be as great because the body will be used to doing it and it won't happen to such a degree. Also, there's really no reason to take that long between, and you'd have to do warming up and cooling down each and every time. I'd say it's more of a waste of time than anything else, but that's just me.

Ya, that or HIT would be good. But for your question, no that's not effective.
