Glutes!!!!
do you guys do any exercises that focus on your ass??
I do squats and SLDL on leg day. Deads on back day. I'm not a fan of good mornings. are their anyother exercises that you do that really focus on the glutes. I cant seem to hit then as hard as i do other muscles??? |

Glute ham raises are also a nice addition to the list you have made. Romanian deadlifts are good too, but they are very similar to SLDLs. I also think full squats and Bulgarian squats are great for the glutes.

Lunges - especially walking lunges. My ass would be sore for days after heavy loads with these.

ATG squats (low bar, wide stance apparently involves more glutes), lunges, step ups, glute-ham raises and reverse GHR's.
then if you really want you can do girly stuff with the cable stack and an ankle attachment or ankle weights, like hip extensions with external rotation at the top. but you have to be really secure with your sexuality to do that kind of stuff. |

thanks for all the replies!!
I'm gonna add some lunges to my legday, see how they help. definately staying away from the cabel kick back thing!!! I am currently reaching parrallel with my squat but dont want to push my knee to hard, Im coming back from knee surgery and its taking so damn long to buld the muscle. I'm also gonna get some eggs!!! If it works for curse I'll give it a shot. do you hard boil them first curse???? |
