    what are bcaa's and sesathin??

the theory is, is that when you eat, carbs (energy) goes into your blood stream. so when doing cardio you must burn off the energy from the carbs, maybe about 20 ins, before your body starts drawing energy from your fat supplies.

so first thing in the morn u should have no, or very little, glycogen in your blood stream and no food in your stomach for your body to transform into glycogen.

therfore your body will start pulling energy from your fat cells, which is why morning cardio is so effective, and about 2x a tough.

about 30-45 is good, ive been doing 45 with excellent results, but have also noticed some muscle loss.

It sounds crazy but drink 32 oounces of water before you go to bed you the number one problem people face with early moutning cardio is dehydration. Your boady has the gycolgen for the run. people in iron man contest don't realy eat much but goo for 12 hours.
