If I did static grip or dumbbell holds or something like that how many seconds should I hold it for, for maximum strength?

maximum strength to hold stuff...lol i dunno..if you've trained grip before..how long did you hold them for?

I thought you might have had something specific in mind.
Anyways..... try farmers walks or static holds where you hold the dumbell or barbell for 30-60 secs or longer. Up for a challenge? wrap a towel or something to make the grip thicker thus making it more challenging. Hope that helped. ![]() ------------------ Exercise, my drug of choice |
