    Group X classes

Does anyone take classes at their gym? I am starting tonight by taking pi-yo at 7:30. Tuesday I am taking an ab class and a body pump class. I am very excited, I need a change!

I taught those for a couple of years and they can be a good way to change up your routine and keep yourself interested. From a biomechanical standpoint they are a nightmare because proper technique usually goes out the window. Pi-yo I'm assuming is a bastardised pilates/yoga class. Just be careful that you are using proper technique to protect yourself from injury and have fun!
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I took the class and I even did my complete workout afterwards. It was great and I learned that I wasn't that flexible either. Tonight is ab class and body pump.

note to self: when doing Yoga take off SOCKS!!!!
