Let me preface by saying I mean this in the nicest way possible. If you don't have an injury stopping you from doing these movements, then you are simply being a pussy. They are the best exercises you can do. If I had to suggest ONE lift for anyone to do, it would probably be the deadlift or the clean and press.

back to where this came from you bench should be 50 to 60 perecent of you squat so get on it you body responds to tensions put on it by other muscle groups your uppers will respond depending on the strength of your lowers. so to be big upstaris you gotta be big down stairs..that sounds horrible. LOL
