Patches it very hard to do both. Losing fat and gaining muscles can be done but only a few can do it. What you need to do is eat clean and train 3-4 days a week. Keep your cardio to a brisk 45 min walk or high intensity 15-20 min. Your goal should be to lose the fat and try to retain as much lean body mass as you can. You need to find the amount of calories needed to maintain your weight and then drop it by 200-300 per day.
