Dance Workout!
Has anyone heard of the choreographer Laurie Ann Gibson? She's this awesome dancer who works with all the celebrities like Brandy and Britney Spears...anyways she came out with this dance instructional dvd...i got it from my friend who works at umvd...its so much fun...now i can have fun and exercise at the same time! It's a great alternative to other boring workouts =)
