Of course any cardio that you enjoy is what you should do, but I personally like the stair climber a lot. But NOT the one with the little pedals that you press, that doesn't get you the full range of motion. Use the one with real steps on it.
For me, it breaks up the boredom of always using the elliptical or treadmill. It also works the glutes better and I can really get my heart-rate up on it. But try it out for a couple of days and see what you think. I like because it's high-intensity but low-impact which I need for my bad knee.
Whether you believe you can or believe you can't, you're right!
The one with the real steps kicks my ass. I wish I still had access to it; doing HIIT on it was amazing.
The stair stepper is the hardest cardio I have ever done......hate is so I just run instead.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

seems like it would build up more leg strengh then more calories /fat burned!

im using one cuz i like the look of the fantsy art women with the strong legs n butt. doesn't take long to feel the burn. i've never seen one with real steps. anyone have a pic?

I hate running, but I LOVE my stairmaster I get the best workout from it. I use it for 25 min everyday. I swear I used the elliptical trainer for 1 week and I gained. I will never leave the "master" again!
