    Arms wont bulk

I've only been weightlifting with a regular routine for about a month now, So I know it's early still to be expecting real results but my problem is, I'm gaining weight because I've been eating more and other parts of me like my chest are showing some results, or at the least I'm lifting more and more over time. Except for my arms that don't really show any results either in strength or size. In fact they almost seem smaller and flabbier lately. I'm wondering if anyone can give me some advice as to how to deal with this problem, like certain exercise I should be doing. I currently do preacher curls, standing barbell curls tricep pull downs, and some others I forget the name of for my triceps. Thanks.

Triceps are 2/3 of the upper arm. What exercises are you doing for triceps. List them and the sets and reps. Also are you trying to gain or lose weight?

arms are almost always overtrained. make sure you are giving your arms enough time to rest.
