treat it as every other body part. Some people like to train it 2 times a week, others 3, and others 4-5. I normally do it 2 times a week. Remember, it's the your diet that enables you to see your abs, not doing abdominal workouts.

you need to be doing HEAVY core stuff in order to rely purely on diet for good looking abdominals

even ronnie and jay work abs

I train them hard 2-3 days per week

I would reccomend only training abs twice a week because abs are a core stabiliser when it comes to heavy benching, squatting, deadlifting. That tendency to "work" abs on these heavy lifting days means there is no reason to go overboard on marathon ab workouts like so many people do.

    good looking abdominals
Genetic limitations and diet will dictate whether its possible for a person to build a six pack, and eight pack, a four pack or none of the above.

    I agree.

The name of the game is results. There is no rule of thumb, for everyone
is different and what works for one doesn't work for all.
