    I'm Not Afraid~!

Here's the deal. I have more diffintion in my left bicep. My right arm measures 1/2" larger then then Left arm. OVERTRAINING I'M YOUR GUINEA PIG. Starting tomorrow I will do tricep pushdowns on the left arm every trainig session. LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Will it catch up or get smaler because of over training.

Every 3 months you should chose a crazy workout one of us comes up with...document the results and we could be on to a revolution in training.

I think because you wrote BICEP in your first post, it made him think you were talking about doing pushdowns to train your bicep!!!

Man I guess i was in the sun to long yesterday putting in a 36 x 22 cement slab. My right arm is larger then my left arm. My left bicep is larger or my define then the right bicep. It's my left tricep which is smaller. So I'll do a couple sets everyday working the left Tricep and see what happens.
