    woo!

    Damn i feel good!

i was about to skip lifting today.. just felt down and like a pussy.
sittin here reading bodybuilding message boards and pretending i've overtrained or some shit. like wtf is that? haha
i finally decided to get my sorry ass up and do it.

last four weeks i've been progressing but because the scale didnt show weight gain i thought i wasnt... kinda discouraging

    well anyway

lately i've been squatting with like 160-180.. well just now i did 200 for 10 reps so i was like damn that was easy.. upt it to 230 and did it for 6 easy. my bro and his friends and my dad were all watching hehe

then i did my shoulders and was able to add more reps again than last week. awesome!
thank god i got up and did it.

now that i've seen the results happening again i got the mindset all down again now and i think i'm set to go for a long while again.

cant wait for monday, back and chest!

    woo hoo!!!

just had to get that out.. my after-workout high in fulll effect

its alwasys nice to have a great workout when you aren't feeling into it. the other day I wasn't feeling likedoin my chest day and making excuses to just stay home and watch tv. then my little brother called me a lazy ass and that for some reason got me going and I ended up have a great chest day.

Some days you need someone to just make fun of you to get motivated . Or just try driving in Chicago traffic . That'll motivate you to get a serious pump before you want to kill someone out there !

On some days, like today(leg day) I dread! Why? Because I know it will take every ounce of energy I have. I will be lagging the rest of the day! But by the end of the week I will be glad I did. On the days you don't feel like it is when you really need to get psyched and hit it extra hard!!!!

Yeah, it's also good to have a reliable workout partner that can push you to get to the gym, even when you feel like you just want to sleep.

Good job, keep up the intensity. There is nothing like a success to breed success. Props to you.
