the calf

i was thinking to star a work out for my calf. what do u recoment
i never has trained the calf, because it ´s boring.
so that my calf are lack

Standing calve raises....hold it at the top.

i cant say i have ever trained a calf. do you live on a farm or do you just have a fenced in area?

I do 3 sets of standing calf raises and 2 sets of seated, usually.
