Triple Add Sets
http://www.criticalbench.com/Nick-Nilsson.htm
Basically you start with a light weight for about 20 reps, then 10 sec rest, then 6-8 reps of heavier weight, then short rest, then 1-3 rep heavy weight. The question I have is wether all those 3 sets (the light, med and heavy sets) would count as one normal set, or would I have to do that 3 times?? |

without taking the time to read the link I will go ahead and say yes, they all three count as three sets not one set.
