question time
ok, there has been a lot of talk about not being able to isolate certain parts of each muscle. For example, chest. when doing an incline press, wouldn't it put more stress on the upper pec, therefor tearing more of the upper muscle fibers thus repairing that part of the chest? i hope that made since.
