Arrow any good body routines?

I'm looking 4 a good upper body routine to do. if anybody can help me out that would b great. ima 17 male and weight is 216.

I think you should look more at your diet. Thats my opinion. How tall are you? How is your current diet?

well im 5'8 and im doing that 3 hour diet you know eating every 3 hours in small portions

What you eat and when you eat it goes a very long ways, a good diet is a lot more than just eating every 3 hours. Diet is a bitch.

Head over to the diet & nutrition section. Mostly, it involves counting calories, balancing macros (Ratio of carbs:fatsrotein), sufficient fluid intake, increased uptake of vitamins and minerals, and adjusting based on your wants/needs. The stickies will give you a baseline to work with, including a shopping list to help you get some ideas as to what foods you should be eating.
