Decline DB Flys & Press, next day upper chest sore?

Funny how I ignore this exercise for this long to find out this is the only one that pumps my chest. I did decline DB flys last night and for the first time in YEARS DAMNIT YEARS I've felt sore in my upper chest. I starting to think Decline movements workout more of the chest (percent wise) than ANY other chest exercise. I mean I really didnt feel my shoulders or triceps like I dont on flat or incline movements.

ive read that inclean db presses stimulate the most chest fibers. dont remember where i read it, so who knows how much truth there is to it. i myself prefer a flat bench.
