Neck exercises.......................I want to build my neck up to 19 inches.
It is 17.5 right now and I haven't trained since high school wrestling.

We always used to use a bicycle inner tube tyre as resistance and pull in the basic two (2) planes of motion. I didn't really noticed anything other than minor results from it - but I always thought it a useless exercise because I never understood how building up neck muscles was meant to increase our resistance to being knocked out cold in tournaments.

in football (with a helmet) we got down like a bear crawl and balanced on our heads and feet and then rotated our necks. it got us built up quickly.

I have, or had one (not sure). It feels like its going to rip my face off, unfortunately though the 4 way machines are $600 or so from what I remember.
