i noticed in several different articles that multimuscle excersises were top notch for gaining muscle because of the intensity, release of testosterone, and less exercising etc.

If this is true would thatm ean that the more muscles involved the better? Should i aim for trying exercises that target as many muscles as possible? Or should i just stick with the big 3 once every week and repeat? And if so how should i approach this?
