After searching I couldnt find the answer I need. Really basic question too!
Ok All I want to know is, what workouts target the front part of the tricep. What I mean is the part that you can actually look at without using a mirror or some extreme acrobatics. Its small and I want it bigger. Whats perfect to target it? |

From that, you should have gathered that you need to target the lateral head. That means you should go to exrx.net and find triceps exercises that target that muscle specifically.
