I have been making my way through the 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle' e-book by Tom Venuto, and have been applying the knowledge I have learned into developing a personalised exercise and nutrition program.
However, I am uncertain of various issues (related mostly to nutrition) and am worried that I may be developing the program incorrectly. Although I have tried posting my concerns on various forums (such as this one), the replies are not as detailed as I had hoped and they do not fill me with a lot of confidence (I am not being ungrateful, I am just being honest).
Tom Venuto is associated (and recommends) Global Fitness (www.global-fitness.com). Basically, they are a group of specialised personal trainers who dedicate their time developing personalised exercise and nutrition programs for their members.
I have been considering signing up, as I feel it could benefit me in the first few weeks (especially with motivation), but wanted to ask the opinions of other people who may have signed up previously.
