    lifting poll!

    Olympic weight lifting, or Powerlifting? which do you prefer, and why?

    I chose Olympic lifting.....................the reason is that it requires more skill....IMO.

    I chose powerlifting for the same reason that Foreman chose Olympic!

    I prefer powerlifting


    just more fun

    I love deadlifting , squatting and bench press


    but in my opinion ollie lifting requires more skill.
