    muscles "sticking"?

Ive been training about 6 days a week for the past 3 or 4 months. In that time i have done two cycles of superdrol and currently on pct. About two weeks ago i had real strange feelings in my forearms, its almost like my muscles are getting stuck when when i want them to relax. An example is if i flex my bicep then try to relax the arm, my forearm muscle will "stick". By sticking i mean it will not relax and i will have to pause and give it time. This wouldnt bother me much if it was only during or after working out, but it is all the time and different muscle groups, my hamstrings do it as well as my calfs, but the forearms are real bad and its a very strange feeling, its almost like i have to conciously move my muscles for simple every day movements. If anyone has any ideas what is goen on or has had it happen to them let me know, i know it kind of hard to understand but i dont know how to explain it very well, i have taken the past 2 days off from training and i think im only gona train 3 days a week while on pct. hopefully its just overtraining but i have no idea

Well, whenever I want to prevent sticking I use crisco

Seriously though....training 6 days a week...YEP, over-training is definitely an issue....I would not rule out seeing a professional...by that i mean a doctor. Cutting down to 3 days a week is a very good idea.

6 days a week is too much, 3 days a week too little for the drugs you are on.

4 days is optimal in your situation

But it depends on your lifestyle and genetics of course.

Be careful mate - don't hesitate to go to the doctors if it continues.

ya, i have recently made an effort to drink water even when im not thirsty. Im gona give it about another week. It just maybe a case of overtraining compounded with the diretic effects of SD, i plan on going medium weight and train chest back and legs all once a week instead of the split im doing now, hopefully this all clears up with a lil rest and water. Its just real wierd having to move your arms and legs slowly cause teh muscles stick
