    2x full body wo

I plan to do a full body wo 2x per week for the next 2-3weeks. How does the following set up look?

Session1 (Each set 6-8 reps. Aiming for lower end of rep range. RI = ~2-3min)
    SLDL's (4sets)
Leg Press (feet low on plate) (4sets)
    Flat BB Bench (4sets)
    CG Seated Rows (4sets)
    Overhead Press (3sets)
    WG lat Pulldowns (3sets)

Session2 (each set 8-10 reps. Aiming for higher end of rep range. RI = ~1-2min)
    SLDL's (3sets)
Leg Press (feet low on plate) (3sets)
    Flat BB Bench (3sets)
    CG Seated Rows (3sets)
    Overhead Press (2sets)
    WG lat Pulldowns (2sets)

You need to sit down and rethink your plan. There are too much emphasis on working the arms and shoulders, not enough done to your legs.
