Too much?
Yesterday was chest and shoulds day:
Chest Bench press: Bar x 12 reps bar +5kgs 10 reps bar + 10 kgs 8 reps Chest press: 10kgs x12 reps 15kgs x10 reps 20kgsx 8 reps Inchine Bench press: Same weight and reps as bench Pec dec 15 kgs x 12 reps 20kgs x 10 reps 25 kgs x 8 reps Shoulder press machine: 10 kgs x 12 reps 15 kgs x 10 reps 20 kgs x 8 reps Size raises 4kgs x 12 reps 6 kgs x 10 reps 8 kgs x 8 reps Front raises: Same weight and reps as Side raises. |

I'm sure you'll be feeling that for awhile. i dont think that's too much. you have 7 different exercises in there which is usually the amount you should do when training a bodypart(s).
