    Question running and walking?

    if you run or walk everyday, how many miles should you do to get serious results? if anybody has any ideas or knows from experience please respond., thanks

    If you're also lifting weights and dieting, then cardio is not necssary. I only do cardio 2 days per week, even while I'm cutting.

    However, cardio is great for you. Just don't think you need to do 60 minutes of cardio 7 days per week for results.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    If you are dieting and working seriously with weights...

    20-30 minutes, 3 times a week

    Have Problems?... Chances are its due to overpopulation

    yes iam 20 mins everyday. i just started everyday because im trying to lose a couple of pounds by the end of the month for a big trip im going on.
