fighting shape...what do i need to train most?

isnt that the truth...ive been boxing for a few years(stopped for awhile because my knee) but it is so much harder than people think..



i would suggest doing a style of stand up fighting..(boxing or kickboxing) and grappling. you dont want to be fucked when a fight gets down to the ground.

ive personally taken boxing, kickboxing and i have wrestled for a few years...boxing is great but you miss out on all of the kicks and all of that which can help you greatly.....snap a quick jab like kick to the midsection which they wont be prepaired for and stun them then grab their head and throw it into your knee and they are OUT..works every time. unless they are quicker than you. lol.
