Transform

Knowing that I'm completely out of shape, I have the following questions. Is it possible to completely transform your body in 6 months? If so, what is the best way to do it?

Thanks

no not possible in 6 months! Dedication, patience, and persistance with your body are things you have to learn in the longrun.

Surgery is not the way out. Along the line you will have a lot less complications if you go about things the natural way.

Put some hard work in, change your diet, sort yourself out (if you want to). If you are that worried about how you look you will do this.

Surgery again not the answer becuase you will still not change your lifestyle. Change your lifestyle habits and you will aprecaite it overall.

Don't want to sound preachy sorry.

Good luck!

P.S don't look at the big picture at this stage! the small changes will all add up and in the end their will be a finial result! These things take time

You will notice a significant difference in 6 months, but whether you deem that a transformation or not is relative.

You will not go from 250@ 32% bf to 205@ 6% bf in that time. In 6 months you could look like a completely different person, hell, you could do it in 3. Unfortunately, about 1 in 1000 people have the mental attitude to make that transformation. Here is a scenario...

You are doing any type of cardio and your muscles start to burn to the point you are crying.

The above average person will stop, rest, and get back on. The person who will make a total transformation in 6 months will go another 5-10 minutes without stopping. It is a mental thing, not a physical thing.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.
