Yeah, I would be very interested in hearing this as well.
I always incorporate some variation of a situp into my ab routines. That is about my only staple. I also really like hanging leg raises, the captain's chair, and leg lifts. Crunches don't really do it for me.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
