Post how heavy can you go on the flat db press, w/ good form-and how much do you weigh

weigh 176 today, and have done up to 115 pouners for 4 and 110 for 6. I tell you guy's what if you want results lift HEAVY! Not this 10 rep crap, don't be afraid of going 2 reps and 1. Today for the declines warmed up w/ 225 for 10 then 275*2 315*2 and 325*1 easy money. I feel my decline I can put up close to 350 which would be better than my bench press max of 340, I could only bench 295*3 today felt like a puss, kind-of embarassing

Sorry if it seems I'm making fun of your squat Walter, its a good number given your weight but its out of proportion to your bench.

You still have an awesome bench though.

Thanks busta...I ask the owner to get me 160's as the 150's are starting to feel light. Also,I can do about 15 perfect reps in the one arm row w/ the 150 dumbell.Fun stuff!!!
