abs i'm not working them out so why are they sore?

    abs i'm not working them out so why are they sore?

    the last time i worked them out was about last week and i upped the reps of my knee raises and their still sore should they be? lately i've been goin to the pool for about 2-5 hours a day would swimming or jumping off the diving board make them sore?

    cuz alot of the time when you're doing things like squats n stuff your obliques and abdominals are supporting you. you'd be surprised how much your core helps you out

    Swimming also requires the a lot of core muscle strength, hence your abs are working to stablize your body through the water in the water through a variety of diff. strokes
